Computer Kiosk at Memorial Site At the State House site, a computer kiosk programmed specifically for the Memorial will sit at the entrance. The computer will have a touch screen that will enable visitors to look up the stories of the fallen officers. Medal of Honor sponsors will have their company name and logo on the home page of this program. Television Program MLEMF will produce a television program that will air on NECN during law enforcement week. The program will highlight stories of fallen officers, the Foundation and the construction of the Memorial. Website and Perpetual Memorial The MLEMF has created a website, www.mlemf.org, to provide information about the Memorial and an outlet for companies and individuals to donate to the Foundation. The site will also contain an on-line tribute book or "Perpetual Memorial" which will be updated continually. Events Potential events include a groundbreaking ceremony and event in May, 2001 and a dedication ceremony and event in October, 2001. At the events, MLEMF will provide oppportunities for sponsors to have presence on table cards, place advertisements in event program books and hang company banners. Press Advisories and Releases MLEMF will continually disseminate press advisories and releases to the Massachusetts press, as well as pitch "Op Ed" features on the project.
